Registration fee:
Early bird: 390,- EUR (by June 30, 2015)
Regular: 490,- EUR (June 30 –August 15)
Last minute: 590,- EUR (August 16 – August 31)
Student: 150,- EUR
Accompanying person: 200,- EUR
Registration Includes:

- Lunch during the conference
- Coffee break during the conference
- Conference proceedings
For Accompanying Person:
- Entry pass for opening ceremony
- Reception banquet
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
For Student:
- Entry pass to all lectures
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
Students will be required to provide valid students ID
Cancellation and refunds
- The deadline for refunds and/or cancellations is June 30, 2015. Such refunds will incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing, handling and bank fees.
- After July 1, 2015 the refunds and/or cancellation will incur a 50% administrative fee.
- Refund requests from participants received after August 1, 2015 are not eligible for a refund.
