Registration fee:
Early bird: 390,- EUR (by June 30, 2017)
Regular: 490,- EUR (June 30 - September 9)
Last minute: 590,- EUR (September 10 - September 26)
Student: 150,- EUR
Accompanying person: 200,- EUR
Publication fee: 90,- EUR
(for those who wish ONLY to publish a paper in the Proceedings, but do not plan to attend the conference; these authors will be asked to send a poster).
Note: Papers by registered attendees will be published for FREE.

Students will be required to provide valid students ID
Cancellation and refunds
- he deadline for refunds and/or cancellations is July 15, 2017. Such refunds will incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing, handling and bank fees.
- After July 15, 2017 the refunds and/or cancellation will incur a 50% administrative fee.
- Refund requests from participants received after September 10, 2017 are not eligible for a refund.
