"Extended Abstract" - Instructions and template
Important information
Registration fee:
Early bird: 340,- EUR (by August 15th, 2019)
Regular: 440,- EUR (August 16th - September 4th)
Last minute: 540,- EUR (September 5th - September 20th)
Student: 150,- EUR
Accompanying person: 150,- EUR
Publication fee: 90,- EUR
(for those who wish ONLY to publish a paper in the Proceedings, but do not plan to attend the conference; these authors will be asked to send a poster).
Note: Papers by registered attendees will be published for FREE.
Registration Includes:
- All programs
- Reception banquet
- Lunch during the conference
- Coffee break during the conference
- Conference proceedings
For Accompanying Person:
- Entry pass for opening ceremony
- Reception banquet
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
For Student:
- Entry pass to all lectures
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference
Students will be required to provide valid students ID
Visas - Invitation Letters
If you need visa, the conference organization will be pleased to provide you with an Invitation Letter for your application. Visa applications have to be done by yourself to the nearest Czech embassy or consulate, which are going to inform you regarding the requirements and needed documents. Please ensure that is sufficient time left for the applications to be completed. More information about Visas can be found here
Be aware that the conference will not be able to contact embassies or consulates directly and the participant is sole responsible to apply and follow up on his/her Visa application.
In order to provide you with an Invitation Letter, the following requirements have to be fulfilled:
- Be an author of an accepted abstract
- Have paid the advanced registration fee for this conference
- Provided personal information, such as:
- Your full name (please specify family name and given name)
- Tiltle (Dr. Prof. Mr Ms)
- Organization
- Full mailing address
- Telephone and fax number
- Email address
- Additional information such as title of the abstract
Cancellation and refunds
- he deadline for refunds and/or cancellations is August 9th, 2019. Such refunds will incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing, handling and bank fees.
- After August 9th, 2019 the refunds and/or cancellation will incur a 50% administrative fee.
- Refund requests from participants received after September 10th, 2019 are not eligible for a refund.
